Monthly tiers (Spark / Engine / Frontier) are prorated — cancel any time and you keep service until the end of your current billing period. Free tools are free.
What does the $499 lifetime founding membership actually unlock?
Lifetime access to every Frontier Visions tool, current and future, for one payment of $499. Pay once, never again — no monthly bill. Concierge onboarding for the first 100 founding members. After the founding cohort closes, the only way in is the standard monthly plan.
Why do the monthly tiers exist if there's a SaaS?
The SaaS is self-serve — you bring your own keys, you operate the tool yourself. The monthly tiers are done-for-you — we run the creative engine, ship Meta-ready ad creatives every week, and report on what worked. Two different operating models for two different buyers.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade applies immediately and is prorated; downgrade applies at the next billing cycle. No contracts, no minimums.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
Strongly preferred. Most of the auditing tools rely on a public Shopify storefront. If you're on WooCommerce or a custom stack, the free tools still work but the audit depth drops.
