Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We collect the minimum we need to run the site and ship you the product:
- Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter, request the audit, buy a product, or sign up for SaaS early access.
- Anonymous pageviews — path visited, referrer, coarse user-agent class (mobile/desktop), timestamp. Tied to a random visitor ID stored in a cookie. No IP address is logged with the pageview.
- Order details — for POD store purchases, shipping address and product selection. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- SaaS usage — for authenticated users, which tools you use and queries you make, so we can show you a real dashboard.
2. How we use it
Three uses, all narrow:
- Improving the site — pageviews show which pages help and which don't, so we kill what doesn't work.
- Transactional comms — order receipts, shipping updates, account notifications, and the audit drip (if you opted in).
- Newsletter — weekly, only if you opted in. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
We do not sell your data. We do not run ads on this site. We do not share your email with anyone for marketing purposes, ever.
3. Third parties we use
To run the site, we send some data to these services. Each is contractually limited to processing what we send for the purpose stated:
- Stripe — payment processing for SaaS and POD store. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Printful — print-on-demand fulfillment. Receives your shipping address and order details. See printful.com/policies/privacy.
- Fly.io — hosting. Receives standard HTTP request data (IP, headers) for routing. See fly.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Bing IndexNow / Yandex IndexNow — we ping these search engines with URLs that changed, so they re-crawl faster. No personal data is sent — only public URLs.
4. Cookies
We use two cookies, both first-party:
- fv_vid — a random visitor ID for pageview analytics. 1-year lifetime. Disabled if you reject non-essential cookies in the banner.
- fv_cookie_consent — records your choice from the cookie banner. 1-year lifetime. Always set (required for the banner to work).
SaaS users also get a session cookie after logging in. That's required for authentication.
5. Data retention
We keep your data forever until you ask us to delete it. Email danial@frontiervisionsmarketing.com and we'll wipe everything tied to your address within 30 days.
Stripe and Printful retain their own records per their legal obligations; we can't delete data inside their systems for you, but you can contact them directly.
6. Your rights (GDPR + CCPA)
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Access — get a copy of everything we have on you.
- Correct — fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete — erase your data.
- Export — receive your data in a portable format (JSON / CSV).
- Opt out — unsubscribe from emails (one click in any email) or reject non-essential cookies (banner at the bottom of the page).
We don't sell personal information, so the CCPA "do not sell" right is moot — there's nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these, email danial@frontiervisionsmarketing.com. Replies within 30 days, usually within 24 hours.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and note the change in the changelog. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
