Refund Policy
1. Summary
If you're not happy, we refund you. The rules below cover three products: physical print-on-demand goods, SaaS early-access subscriptions, and tiered subscriptions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
2. POD store products (physical goods)
- 30-day money-back — for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full amount.
- Defects and damage — full refund or free replacement, no questions asked. Send a photo to danial@frontiervisionsmarketing.com and we'll handle it.
- Non-defect returns — restocking is handled via Printful's policy, which may charge a restocking fee on custom-printed items. We'll cover the difference up to the full purchase price if it's our error (wrong product shipped, etc.).
- Wrong size or change-of-mind — we refund the product price, but shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns (Printful charges us for the original print run).
3. SaaS early-access
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it within 7 business days. After 30 days, refunds are case-by-case — we want you to use the product, not feel locked into something you don't.
4. Tier subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are prorated on cancellation: you'll be charged for the days you used since the last billing date, and the remainder of the prepaid period is refunded. Annual subscriptions get a prorated refund of unused months.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. No retention calls, no "are you sure" loops.
5. How to request a refund
Email danial@frontiervisionsmarketing.com with:
- Your order number or the email tied to your account.
- What you want refunded.
- Optional: a sentence on why, so we can fix what went wrong.
Replies within 24 hours. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
