Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment via Printful

All physical products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printful. When you order, we send the order to Printful, who prints, packs, and ships it directly from their facility closest to you.

2. Production time

2-5 business days for most items. Printful prints to order, so there's no warehouse inventory — each item is made fresh after you order it. Complex products (embroidery, all-over print) may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping time (after production)

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

4. Tracking your order

Once Printful ships your order, you'll get an email with a tracking number. The receipt from Stripe also includes a link to the tracking page. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to show movement after the carrier scans the package.

5. International orders, customs, and duties

For shipments outside the US, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. We can't predict these in advance — they vary by country and product type. Check your country's customs site for typical rates.

6. Lost or delayed packages

If your package is more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us. We'll work with Printful to investigate and either re-ship or refund. Lost packages outside the carrier's control (theft from doorstep after delivery confirmation) may require a police report for replacement.
