1. Who runs this

This site (frontiervisionsmarketing.com) is operated by Danial Samani as a sole proprietorship doing business as Frontier Visions. References to "we," "us," or "Frontier Visions" mean Danial Samani. References to "you" mean the visitor or customer using the site.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the site, subscribing to the newsletter, signing up for SaaS, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.

3. Acceptable use

Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with the site. Specifically:

• No scraping, automated mass-querying, or attempts to overload the API beyond posted rate limits.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempts to break authentication.
• No using the site to send spam, harass others, or distribute malware.
• No submitting false data to forms, impersonating others, or registering fake accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice.

4. Accounts and access

SaaS accounts are tied to your email address. You're responsible for keeping your magic-link emails secure. If your account is compromised, email danial@frontiervisionsmarketing.com immediately.

5. Purchases

POD store purchases and SaaS subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Shipping is governed by our shipping policy. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (copy, designs, code, branding) is owned by Frontier Visions or licensed to us, except where attributed otherwise. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish whole pages, sell our content, or train AI models on our content without written permission.

Our source code is published on GitHub under its own license — check the LICENSE file for the project's terms.

7. No warranty

The site, tools, and SaaS are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data, reports, or recommendations will be accurate or produce results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Frontier Visions and Danial Samani are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the site, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or services is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier Visions and Danial Samani from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted in the changelog and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using the site any time. We can suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these terms. On termination, the sections that should reasonably survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, email us first — most issues resolve in a single back-and-forth. If informal resolution fails within 60 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Delaware. Each party will bear its own costs. You waive the right to class action.

This arbitration clause doesn't prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
