Early access, cancellation, refunds, multi-user, API limits, data export, tenant deletion.

What does "early access" actually mean?

The /app product is shipped — you can log in today, run lookups, generate creative briefs, build hook libraries. "Early access" reflects honesty about coverage: not every vertical is supported, the dashboard is plain, and we're adding tools weekly. You get a locked-in price and direct access to roadmap input. Anything broken refunds 100%.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in one click (linked from /app/settings). No retention emails, no "are you sure" prompts. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the account downgrades to read-only — your data stays exportable forever.

What's the SaaS refund policy?

14-day no-questions refund on monthly plans, 30-day on annual. Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com with your account email; we issue the Stripe refund within one business day. After the window, prorated refunds are at our discretion — we usually say yes if you've used the product less than 25%.

What happens if I lose access to my account?

Login is magic-link to the email on the account. If you've lost access to that email, send proof of payment (Stripe receipt PDF) to hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com and request an email change. We verify against the Stripe customer record and update within one business day.

Is multi-user / team access supported?

Single-seat today. Multi-user is on the roadmap for Q3 — the tenancy model already supports multiple sessions per workspace, we just haven't shipped invite flow. If you need it for a team of 3+, email us and we'll add you to the early-multi-seat list (same price, no extra charge until billing ships).

What are the API rate limits?

REST API at /api/v1/* with a PAT: 60 req/min per token, soft cap of 10,000 req/day. Burst is 10 concurrent requests. These aren't strict — we'll raise them on request if you tell us what you're building. Hard caps exist to prevent runaway scripts, not to gate legitimate usage.

Can I export my data?

Yes — full data export as CSV or JSON ZIP from /app/export. Every table you've written to (lookups, briefs, scorecards, hook libraries) ships as a separate file. The ZIP is generated on demand so you always get the latest. No "export request" delay, no email gate.

How do I delete my account / tenant entirely?

Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com from the account email with subject "Delete my account". We confirm via reply, then wipe within 7 days: tenant row, all child tables, exported files, log entries. Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately and prorated refund issued for unused time.
