What does each POD product cost to make?

Print-on-demand fulfilment via Printful. Wholesale base costs sit around $10-18 per item depending on garment; retail prices land at a 2-2.5× markup which is industry-standard for POD. We don't pretend to be cheap — we pretend to be honest. If a shirt is $30 it's because $14 went to Printful, ~$4 to Stripe/shipping/tax, and the rest funds the free tooling.

How long does shipping take?

Printful's average fulfillment is 2-5 business days plus shipping. US orders typically arrive 5-9 business days after purchase. International (Canada, UK, EU, AU) 8-15 business days. We don't offer expedited because the fulfillment partner's expedited tier isn't reliable enough to promise.

Can I return a print-on-demand item?

POD items are made-to-order so we can't accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind — please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. We do replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong-sized vs. what you bought. Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com with a photo within 30 days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We file the claim with Printful and either reprint or refund — your choice. You don't need to return the damaged item; we ask you dispose of it responsibly.

Can I order with a custom design?

Not today. The store is a curated catalog — custom designs would require manual artwork review which doesn't fit the 100%-autonomous model. If you want a single shirt with your logo on it, Printful itself accepts retail orders directly.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

For 50+ units of the same SKU, email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com and we'll pass the wholesale discount through (typically 20-30% off retail). Lead time goes up to 10-14 days because the POD partner batches larger runs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to ~50 countries Printful supports. Rates and duties are shown at checkout. Note: some EU countries assess VAT on import; we don't pre-collect it because rates vary by item category. Your courier will invoice you on delivery if owed.

How is sales tax handled?

US orders: Stripe Tax calculates and collects sales tax at checkout based on the shipping address. Tax shows as a separate line item on your receipt. We remit collected tax to the applicable state. International orders: prices are exclusive of VAT/duties; your country may assess these on import.

SaaS / App

Early access, cancellation, refunds, multi-user, API limits, data export, tenant deletion.

What does "early access" actually mean?

The /app product is shipped — you can log in today, run lookups, generate creative briefs, build hook libraries. "Early access" reflects honesty about coverage: not every vertical is supported, the dashboard is plain, and we're adding tools weekly. You get a locked-in price and direct access to roadmap input. Anything broken refunds 100%.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in one click (linked from /app/settings). No retention emails, no "are you sure" prompts. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the account downgrades to read-only — your data stays exportable forever.

What's the SaaS refund policy?

14-day no-questions refund on monthly plans, 30-day on annual. Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com with your account email; we issue the Stripe refund within one business day. After the window, prorated refunds are at our discretion — we usually say yes if you've used the product less than 25%.

What happens if I lose access to my account?

Login is magic-link to the email on the account. If you've lost access to that email, send proof of payment (Stripe receipt PDF) to hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com and request an email change. We verify against the Stripe customer record and update within one business day.

Is multi-user / team access supported?

Single-seat today. Multi-user is on the roadmap for Q3 — the tenancy model already supports multiple sessions per workspace, we just haven't shipped invite flow. If you need it for a team of 3+, email us and we'll add you to the early-multi-seat list (same price, no extra charge until billing ships).

What are the API rate limits?

REST API at /api/v1/* with a PAT: 60 req/min per token, soft cap of 10,000 req/day. Burst is 10 concurrent requests. These aren't strict — we'll raise them on request if you tell us what you're building. Hard caps exist to prevent runaway scripts, not to gate legitimate usage.

Can I export my data?

Yes — full data export as CSV or JSON ZIP from /app/export. Every table you've written to (lookups, briefs, scorecards, hook libraries) ships as a separate file. The ZIP is generated on demand so you always get the latest. No "export request" delay, no email gate.

How do I delete my account / tenant entirely?

Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com from the account email with subject "Delete my account". We confirm via reply, then wipe within 7 days: tenant row, all child tables, exported files, log entries. Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately and prorated refund issued for unused time.

Refunds

How long does a refund take to appear?

Stripe processes the refund instantly on our side. It appears on your statement in 5-10 business days for most card networks — sometimes faster, occasionally slower (Amex tends to be fast, some EU banks slow). We don't control that timeline.

Do I need to return the physical product first?

For damaged/misprinted POD items: no. Send a photo, we refund or reprint. Returning a custom-printed item costs more than reprinting. For change-of-mind on POD: we can't accept returns (see Products FAQ).

Can I refund a SaaS subscription mid-month?

Within the 14-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) refund window: full refund. After that: prorated refunds are case-by-case but we lean toward yes if you've used < 25% of the billing period. Email us — we won't make you fight for it.

Can I get a partial refund?

Yes for SaaS prorated cases (above). For POD: if a multi-item order has one defective unit, we refund that unit's price and ship a replacement of the defective one — the rest of your order stands.

How are international refunds handled?

Same as domestic — refunded in the currency Stripe charged you in. We don't reimburse import duties or VAT you paid to your country's customs (we never received that money). For damaged international POD orders, we refund the merchandise + shipping you originally paid.

Privacy

What we collect, what we don't, GDPR rights, cookies, account deletion.

What personal data do you collect?

Email if you create an account or subscribe. IP + user-agent for pageview logs (auto-purged after 90 days). Payment data is tokenized by Stripe — we never see your card. Domain you submit to the brand audit. That's the full list.

Do you sell my data?

No. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to AI training partners. Your email is used by us to email you about the product you signed up for, and nothing else.

What are my GDPR / CCPA rights?

Right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com from the email on file and we action within 30 days (usually within 7). You can also self-serve export from /app/export.

Do you use cookies / trackers?

One first-party session cookie (fv_vid) for pageview attribution. One consent cookie (fv_cookie_consent) remembering your banner choice. Zero third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar. Reject the banner and we don't even log the pageview.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com with "Delete my account". We confirm via reply, then wipe within 7 days including log entries. Subscriptions are cancelled immediately with prorated refund.

Free Tools

Account requirements, saved results, brand audit mechanics, embed widgets, attribution.

Do I need an account to use the free tools?

No. Every tool at /tools works without signup — calculators run client-side, the brand audit emails you the report. We may ask for email after you've used the tool to send you the result PDF; that's optional and never blocks the result from displaying.

Are calculator results saved across visits?

Only in your browser (localStorage). We don't store calculator inputs server-side unless you explicitly email them as part of a report. Clear your browser data and they're gone.

I lost my email subscription confirmation — what now?

Check spam, then enter the same email again at the same tool — we resend the confirmation. We don't double-subscribe; the same email is idempotent. Still nothing? Email hello@frontiervisionsmarketing.com and we'll re-fire it.

How does the brand audit work?

Submit a domain → we crawl public pages, score against 60+ brand-clarity heuristics (positioning sharpness, hero copy, social proof density, design consistency, mobile UX), and email you the report within ~5 minutes. The scoring model is open-source — see the source on GitHub for reproducibility.

Can I embed the calculators on my own site?

Yes — every calculator is also available as an embed widget at /embed. Copy the iframe snippet shown on each widget page. The embed is responsive, no JS dependencies required, ~12KB on average.

Do embeds require attribution?

No required visible attribution. We do ask the iframe src stay pointed at our domain (which is the default — please don't proxy / re-host the JS). That's enough for us to maintain it.

Are there rate limits on the free tools?

The brand audit is rate-limited to 10 domains/hour per IP to prevent abuse. Calculators are client-side, no limit. The lookup tools cap at 5 lookups/IP/hour for free users — sign up for /app to remove the cap.

What browsers are supported?

Last 2 versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. The site is plain HTML + a tiny JS shim — works on mobile Safari and Android Chrome too. No IE11. No JS-disabled fallback (sorry, the calculator math has to run somewhere).

Pricing

Annual vs monthly, lifetime deals, tier changes, promo-code stacking, pausing.

Should I pick annual or monthly?

Annual saves ~17% (2 months free) and locks the current tier price for the term. Monthly is no-commitment but the price can change on renewal. Most people pick monthly to evaluate, then switch to annual.

Is the lifetime deal really lifetime?

Yes — "lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not your biological lifetime. If we ever shut down (we won't, but no honest founder claims forever), we'd refund LTD buyers prorated against time used. LTD is capped at 100 buyers total; the counter on /pricing is live.

When do tier prices change?

Every ~25 new customers we re-evaluate. Prices have only gone up so far — early customers are grandfathered at the price they signed up at, forever (as long as the subscription stays active). Cancel and re-sign = current price applies.

Can I switch tiers?

Upgrade anytime — prorated charge appears on next invoice. Downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period (no prorated refund on downgrade, because we don't want to incentivize tier-hopping). Switch monthly ↔ annual freely.

Can I pause my subscription?

Up to 3 months/year via the Stripe portal. Account goes read-only during the pause — your data stays, no charges accrue. After 3 months we either auto-resume or you can extend by emailing us.

How do promo codes stack?

One promo code per subscription. Annual-pay discount (~17%) does stack with a percentage promo code — they multiply, not add. Lifetime deal pricing already includes every discount; no codes apply.

Who runs Frontier Visions?

Built and operated by Danial Samani. The system runs 100% autonomously — the code ships its own deploys, generates its own content, handles its own support tickets via this FAQ + drip emails. Email reaches a human within one business day.

How fast do you respond to email?

Auto-acknowledged immediately. Human reply within 1 business day (US/Pacific). Refund requests are usually actioned same-day. If you haven't heard back in 48h, your email got eaten — please resend.

Where is the site hosted?

Fly.io, US-East region. SQLite database with volume-backed persistence and hourly off-site backups. Static assets cached at the edge. We publish uptime + perf metrics at /open.
